I have the same problem, contact portern support and wait 3 days. They helped me out. At first, my account was able to receive all other emails, except for those with pateron. We tried a lot, adding safe senders, reinstalling the system, creating a new profile, and fixing office couldn't find the mail. In the end, a new computer still didn't work, and finally contacted pateron's support. They operate from the back end.
Stopped receiving emails from Patreon
I noticed that I suddenly stopped receiving emails from Patreon. I have an MSN email address (had it for years), and everything was working until last Tuesday (3/18/25). I changed no settings whatsoever. I have checked my Junk Folder for the emails. In fact, I have checked ALL my folders for the incoming emails (although incoming emails should only go to Inbox or Junk). They are not coming through. And not just the update emails, but also the verification emails from Patreon (which use a different address).
I have added all the Patreon emails possible to my contacts and my "do not put these emails in Junk" lists. I have no rules regarding any emails. Right now, it seems to be only Patreon emails that I am not receiving, although there may be others. (I only noticed the Patreon ones because I am subscribed to many people and so get frequent emails from Patreon, ergo, it is easy to note their absence.)
When I tested if Patreon was sending the emails at all by switching my settings to use my school email, the Patreon emails came through there, so it is THIS Outlook email (my MSN one), that is having the issue. Ironically, since verification emails are not coming through, I am unable to switch back to using my personal email with Patreon until this issue is fixed. Using the school email is not a long-term solution. DO NOT suggest that I just keep using the school one or set up a forwarding rule (which can't be done, due to organizational restrictions). I want the issue fixed with the MSN email,
I tried to follow the steps to gain help via Microsoft itself, but nothing happens when I click "Still need help." It merely asks me to sign in again, then the window disappears and nothing more happens.

Since you are also unable to receive emails from Patreon on the web side of your account, it looks like your question is more related to your account or to Patreon.
However, if you only have an email from Patreon that you haven't received, it is recommended that you contact Patreon for more professional advice.

For the Outlook desktop client to encounter the problem of not receiving mail, you can generally take the following troubleshooting steps:
Check for Blocked Senders: Ensure that Patreon’s email addresses are not accidentally listed in your blocked senders list. You can find this under your Outlook settings.
Whitelist Patreon Domains: Add Patreon’s email domains (e.g., as shown in the figure below) to your safe senders list. This ensures that emails from these domains bypass spam filters.

All Patreon emails have been white listed, there are no rules about anything in my account, and none of the Patreon email addresses are on my blocked senders list.
And the main reason I state that I am having an issue with Outlook is because Microsoft Outlook folded both MSN Email and Hotmail into itself, so my email is an Outlook email account, ergo, not being able to receive certain emails is an Outlook issue. I understand that focus in this forum may be about the App and not the email service, but there seems to be no way for me to contact anybody about the Outlook Email service (again, as I said in my original post about not being directed to any viable help methods), and I was directed to try here.
