trouble with id validation on trusted certificate

When I go to identity validation on trusted certificate, it says There are no identity validations available.

It says that on both organizations and individuals. What am I doing wrong?

    Hello tina brown,

    I understand that you are seeing "There are no identity validations available" message under Identity Validation. This happens if the signed-in user does not have the required role under the Azure Trusted Signing account.

    Initially, I too faced same issue under both Organization and Individual when I don't have required role assigned:

    To fix this, you need to have the Trusted Signing Identity Verifier role assigned under your Azure Trusted Signing account as mentioned in this MS Article:

    In my case, I assigned the user Trusted Signing Identity Verifier role under the Azure Trusted Signing account like this:

    Once the role is assigned, try refreshing the page, and you should be able to proceed with identity validation as New Identity option is enabled now to create identity like this:

    You can now create identities as New Identity option is enabled now, and Portal shows identities once created as below:
