How to Grant Team Members Access to View and Download Results from Azure AD Access Review?

I’ve created an Access Review (Identity Governance) in Azure AD. Will my team members be able to see the Access Review and download the results? If not, what roles or permissions do I need to assign them to allow access to the review results?

    Hi @Pawar, Monica

    In Microsoft Entra ID, Access Reviews are part of Identity Governance, and the ability to view and download the results of an access review depends on the roles and permissions assigned to users within the tenant.

    By default, only users with specific roles have permission to manage, view, and download the results of an Access Review.

    To view the access reviews and download the results for your team members, they require at least one of the following roles: Security Reader, Global Reader, User Administrator, or Identity Governance Administrator.
