Why can't I share 365 Family with a family member?

I recently purchased 365 Family and successfully shared it with my daughter but when I try to share it with my partner it doesn't work. It has loaded onto her laptop and I have received an email stating that she has joined. She has received the message "You're all set, the 365 Office Apps are installed" However, when she tries to create a word document, she gets the message "Your subscription has expired" We've repeated the steps several times with the same result. What do we do next?

    Hi @Philip McVeigh

Has your partner joined another family group?

On your partner's computer, I suggest you try following steps:

    User's image

    • Then go to Windows Settings > Accounts > Access work or school, removed any account that was in there by hitting "Disconnect".
    • Please search and open Credential Manager, go to Windows Credentials > Generic Credentials, remove credentials which is related to Office.

And then restart her computer, reinstall it for a check.

Any further issues, welcome to post back.
