Has your partner joined another family group?
- If so, she needs to leave that group first before joining your family group.
- For more information, please refer to the guide on Share your Microsoft 365 Family subscription.
On your partner's computer, I suggest you try following steps:
- Please download the uninstall troubleshooter to uninstall Microsoft 365 apps.
- Then go to
Windows Settings > Accounts > Access work or school
, removed any account that was in there by hitting "Disconnect". - Please search and open Credential Manager, go to
Windows Credentials > Generic Credentials
, remove credentials which is related to Office.
And then restart her computer, reinstall it for a check.
