I received an email from Microsoft Entra ID Tenant asking me to purchase this feature. Why?

I have purchased Microsoft 365 for home use and now I received an email from Microsoft Entra ID Tenant asking me to purchase this feature (MS Entra ID tenant). Will Microsoft 365 expire if I don't purchase a Microsoft Entra ID tenant? I did not know that I have some Entra ID Tenant, so have not used it/no need to use it!

I use Microsoft 365 and have purchased it, so I will use it further more.

    What Microsoft 365 package have you purchased?

    In terms of being asked to purchase Entra ID. This is a separate package that allows you to set up user accounts for business organisations to allow them to access resources such as Microsoft 365, Azure and others.     If it is only, you who has purchased a Microsoft 365 business package, they allow you to have one business account with a custom domain. However, not all packages contain Microsoft Entra ID.
