Purview > Data Lifecycle Management > Import > Error 500 when loading page

I am having trouble accessing the Import page in the new Microsoft Purview portal, when I try to access it I get the error "The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error."

I know a few other posts have mentioned this is a backend issue, but it has been like this for a few days now and MS Support have gone quiet...

It was previously working fine, I managed to upload a bunch of PST's, but when I went to upload the mapping file, that's when the issue first occurred.. It seems to be a bit too convenient to think the backend went down between uploading and importing the mapping file.

Any ideas would be much appreciated

Same here. Health portal acknowledges it but still no ETA or root cause

Thanks all, issue was on the MS end. The fix has been pushed from MS and the website is up again

im not getting the error 500 anymore.
But all my imports get stuck on "Analysis in progress" for over 24 hours, and the one that didnt get stuck failed after many hours with the log showing no helpful error message.

Tried different types of PST content, down to as simple as just a single folder with 1 message in it, still stuck "Analysis in progress".

Guess ill just have to import them all manually via an Outlook (Classic) dont get me started on Outlook(New) client one by one...
