Missing Credentials

When I post my missing credential question, I keep getting an error. Please help.

I have cleared all cookies, cache, history. I even tried another browser on another computer but I get the same error.

    Please also try the following just to be sure.

    • Try using an inPrivate window
    • Try deleting all cookies, cache, and history from your browser for the entire period.
    • If you are using browser extensions, try temporarily disabling them
    • Try using a different browser
    • If you are using a security app other than Defender, try temporarily disabling or uninstalling it
    • If possible, try changing the internet connection you use (e.g. from your home LAN to your smartphone connection)

    Please try with a different Microsoft account.
