We're experiencing the same issue with many of our users. Performing a repair and reset of Quick Assist on the computer that is supposed to control the other party sometimes helps, but it's not a sustainable solution. We hope a fix will be released soon.

Hi, hope you can help. We have recently started encountering issues when attempting to use the quick assist tool. Receive Session ended as in screenshot. I have seen some suggestions to use off the VPN but this would only resolve a small amount of users as we need to be on the VPN for access/security to our systems.
Do we have any fix other than coming off the VPN?
