"Run Rule Now..." missing in New Outlook

I have switched over to the New Outlook (Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2024.417.100 (Production)). I've noticed the "Run Rules Now..." feature is no longer available. In the older version, I would review my emails in my inbox first. Then each week I would go to the Run Rules Now... to clean up my inbox and move the emails to the appropriate folder. The feature would allow me to process all my rules without individually running each rule. I have over 60+ rules so running one at time isn't ideal at all. My hope is other users are disappointed this feature is no longer available and it will be added in a newer version. It was a great feature! In the meantime, I will be resorting back to the old Outlook.

The only answer I can offer at the moment is to return to the "old" Outlook until the "New" Outlook is up to speed.

I'm disappointed that the "Run all Rules" option is not available. I have over 100 rules that I use to organize my inbox and subfolders. To have to select each rule to run that rule now is a task I will leave to someone who has the time. I'm still looking for a way to run the rules automatically when Outlook first opens up. I can appreciate improvements and a polished product. This is not a finished product.

Once again, Microsoft takes something that works, and breaks it for a new "flashy" appearance.

What happens when emails are received when you don't have Outlook open? Nothing. No rules get processed. Half of the rules can't be triggered to run manually.

I now have 300 emails all unsorted that I manually have to sort into folders.

    Good job, Microsoft.

I honestly don't understand how this issue is not fixed in 2 years. Here it is, my RULES, which I CANNOT RUN because they are disabled...

    Hi @Jeff Rohlman ,

    Welcome to our forum!

As i know, only the below option beside the rule is available to run a rule manually in New Outlook for Windows.

Please kindly understand that many functions are not designed at present. To get this feature more quickly, I have found a post in feedback collection website and you could vote for it. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. You can also make suggestions on that website and hope Microsoft will notice this in the future.
