Emails on my legacy email account are disappearing from outlook after 6 months

Hi

In the last few months outlook has started removing emails from my legacy email account once they reach 6 months old. The version of outlook I have does not have file in the top left hand corner just home, view and help. Setting does not allow you to alter the storage settings for the non microsoft account and I can't find any way to adjust it.

Any advice/guidance is much appreciated

    What type and version of the app are you using?
    If you're using the new Outlook with a POP connection, you will not be able to view your emails once the cache on the Microsoft cloud runs out.
    If you install the classic version of Microsoft 365, you can use PST files in the new Outlook, so you can back up your emails to PST files.

    新しいOutlookでPOP接続の場合は、Microsoftのクラウド側でのキャッシュが切れたらメールを閲覧出来なくなります。
    クラシック版のMicrosoft365をインストールしたら、新しいOutlookでもPSTファイルを利用出来るのでPSTファイルにメールをバックアップする事が可能となります。
