Reschedule Exam Due to System Issue

I had an exam scheduled on 26/04/2025, but unfortunately, it was cancelled due to a system check/troubleshooting issue. I was informed that I could reschedule the exam within 4 hours. However, when I opened my portal, there was no option available to reschedule.

I kindly request your assistance in helping me reschedule my exam at the earliest convenience. Please let me know the next steps.

    Hi. Problem doesn't seem unsolvable. Contact the platform's support.. You have proof of payment (check), and they have log files of your actions on the platform. Provide your registration data and the exact time of the incident. If there was an official announcement about a postponement, this strengthens your position: you paid for a service you did not receive.

    Finally, if you are not sufficiently familiar with the platform's UI, payment systems,(there's a link whom to write in cases like your)perhaps it is worth postponing taking the exam.
