Hi Team,

I have created a new free account to use the free credits provided for my learning. But I'm unable to see the details of my free credits and expire date of the credit details. Can you please point me to the correct place where I can get the details. Thanks

I came across this 3 solutions but it didn't help.

-> To check the balance of your Azure free trial account, you can follow these steps:

Go to the Azure portal and sign in with your Azure account.

Click on "Cost Management + Billing" in the left-hand menu.

In the "Cost Management + Billing" pane, click on "Cost analysis" or "Budgets" to view your usage and spending.

My issue: It is not showing the credit details.

You should be able to see your free credit balance and usage details there. The balance will be displayed in the currency of your region.

**->**It is important to note that the free credit balance is only available for a limited time and may expire if not used within the specified time period. You can check the expiration date of your free credit balance in the Azure portal under the "Subscriptions" tab.

My issue: The expiration date is not visible.

-> On Azure Portal go to "Cost Management", and from the menu (on left if you are on desktop) choose "Payment Methods" under "Billing". You will see "Azure Credits" tab with your balance and total usage:

My issue: I'm unable to see the Azure Credits tab.

    Hi Vineeth

I understand that you created an Azure free trial account and couldn't find the free credits in the Azure portal. Sometimes it happens that the subscription gets created but benefits do not get created due to a backend issue.

To check the balance of your Azure free trial account, you can follow these steps:

Go to the Azure portal and sign in with your Azure account.

Click on "Cost Management + Billing" in the left-hand menu.

In the "Cost Management + Billing" pane, click on "Cost analysis" or "Budgets" to view your usage and spending.

You should be able to see your free credit balance and usage details there. The balance will be displayed in the currency of your region.

It is important to note that the free credit balance is only available for a limited time and may expire if not used within the specified time period. You can check the expiration date of your free credit balance in the Azure portal under the "Subscriptions" tab.
