Hi @Willem Herholdt

In you AD search for the username like MSol_d3exxxxx reset the password for this account and when you are trying to connect the directories use this account as an existing account.
Also, in services search for the Microsoft Azure AD sync or Microsoft Entra ID sync and see the status is running if not try to restart the services and start reinstalling again.
