Hi @lesley van der schilt ,
It sounds that you are having trouble with full OneDrive storage blocks email services (sending/receiving).
Here are some steps you can try to resolve it:
- Free Up OneDrive Space:
- Log into OneDrive and delete large files/old email attachments.
- Empty the Recycle Bin (files here still occupy space).
- If using Outlook desktop, clear cached files:
- Go to File > Account Settings > Cleanup Tools (delete old data).
- Activate Your Subscription:
- Log into your Microsoft Account.
- Under Services & subscriptions, confirm your new plan (e.g., Microsoft 365) shows Active.
- Restart OneDrive/Outlook to sync storage upgrades.
To cancel Duplicate Subscriptions & Refund
- Self-Service Cancellation:
- Go to Microsoft Subscriptions.
- Select the duplicate subscription > Manage > Cancel.
- Choose “Get a refund” if prompted.
- Contact Support for Refunds:
- If self-service fails:
- Call Microsoft Support: Use the support contact tool.
- Provide order numbers (check email receipts).
- If self-service fails:
