Application Insights Investigations section is not working

Dears,

We have been experiencing interruptions since last week in the application insights and other Azure services too.

As you can see in the screen-shot below, we are not able to open any of the tabs under the "Investigate" section, also other azure services are not responding like Service Health and Support/ Troubleshooting.

Nothing really changed from our side, this used to work before. We tried also different browsers and we have no network/ permission issues!

Anyone facing the same interruption? Any idea how to fix this!

Hi @Walid Ghodhbani

try this:

-Check incidents on status.azure.com

-Clear cache/cookies of portal.azure.com and force reload (Ctrl+F5)

-Test via CLI:

az monitor app-insights component show --app <app-name> --resource-group <rg-name>

-Use portal in preview: https://portal.azure.com/?websitesextension=enable

-If it persists, open ticket in Azure Portal > Support + troubleshooting.
