exchange server & windows server 2008 office 365 hybrid environment

I am using exchange 2013 with server 2008 R2 with hybrid environment with office 365 . I want to migrate exchange 2013 to 2019 . Can you please tell me step by step prerequisite .

    I would use the deployment assistant
    https://assistants.microsoft.com/assistants/#/session/fdeb20bc-3363-48f7-ba35-a019512cc8f9

    Once 2019 is deployed, Re-Run the Hybrid Wizard and choose the 2019 servers as the endpoint.

    Ensure the certificates are all updated and valid 3rd party certs
