Dump file and gpu issues
Been experiencing lots of AMD driver crashes recently, a bluescreen with a dump file, stuttering in games for 2-3 months and GPU now seems to be possibliy artifcating at times.......... wondering if anyone would be able to help tell me what the dump file says about whats happening here....?
Really baffled as nothing else in the system seems to show any issues and the dump file is likely my best bet at an answer to this right now.
Dump file after windows bluescreen -- https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1GxFhhZa18DaRN1DA2RhhcMeaF-kyDlrB?usp=sharing
Also a second dump file there that was from a driver timeout today, during which green lines went down the screen briefly when drivers reset themselves (never happened before for me)
Given ive had errors 117, 141, 193, 1b8 and 1a8 and such alot, i think this is a failing gpu or such but im really stuck here,

2025-05-27T20:02:18.8933333+00:00 Both crash dumps are basically reporting the same issue. The driver took too long to respond to a notification and it timed out. The first crash occurred during normal driver work. The second crash occurred while DirectX was doing something.
This tends to indicate a bad or faulty graphics driver. I assume you've already gone through the process of checking the AMD site for help? In general a new driver that is faulty will trigger lots of threads pretty quick. If it worked for a few months and then suddenly stopped working after an update then I'd recommend you revert back to the older driver and see if the issue goes away.
Another thing to try is running a graphics test and see if it crashes. If it does then either the driver is bad or the card is. If you've overclocked the card, have inadequate cooling or the PSU isn't sufficient to provide full voltage under load then these can cause the card to fail. Assuming none of that is applicable then there isn't an easy way to tell if it is the card or the driver. I would follow up with AMD directly if you can still RMA the card back. Otherwise you'll probably need to search the AMD support sites for others having the same issue and have found workarounds. Sometimes a third party AMD driver works better than the default one. They should be able to help you over there.

Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue and you may attach the dump file there.
Try update Windows and Graphic card driver.
If the problem persists, then uninstall the graphic card driver and restart your PC and run the Windows Update and install the driver from there.
