How to download certificate which i cleared

I was cleared my AZ-900 CERTIFICATION on 09 August 2023 but not able to download my certification.

Access Your Certification Account: Log in to your Microsoft Certification Dashboard using the same Microsoft account you used to register for the exam. This dashboard should display your certification status and provide options for downloading your certificate.

Sign in with same account from which you had given the exam

Now navigate to your profile and click on certifications andfrom there you can see and download the same

I have passed azure 900 exam on Nov 10th 2023. But I can't find my certificate under my profile. Kindly help

Certification icon is not even visible under profile. will it take more time to reflect? it's been 2 days already since I completed the exam.

I had given the AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam on May 31, 2022, through Certiport, but I never found my certification in https://learn.microsoft.com. I had used the same Microsoft account email in Certiport signup.

Hi Deepanshu Even I too cleared the AZ-104 IN FEB 2023 but unable to download to till and i can't see the download option in the portal. Only I have access to download expired certificate.

I see the same, just took my test and passed a couple days ago. Marri when you follow the steps above you can click Print and print the file to whatever format you want.

I struggle to find a Download button. There are lots of buttons like Back, Print, Edit Display Name, Share No Download or Safe as PDF Button I also spotted the renewal certificates do not state the Date when one did the exam.

Hi , Yes by clicking on Print you can locally save the certificate and yes it doesn't give the date when you have gone for renewal but if you passed the renewal exam automatically you certificate gets renewed and expiry gets extended to 1 or 2 more years(as per exam) to the date on which it was supposed to expired. I would hit the No Button. A workaround is a workaround. In the past there was a download button available. Someone may have decided by accident or on purpose to remove that feature.

Not able to see any download icon . It just shows the name if the certification which was completed .Had logged into the credly account also , but new certifications are not getting reflected there

Certificates are now accessible from following steps.

Logon to learning portal Learning dashboard

Click on "Credentials" menu listed on left side

You will find two tabs listed under Credentials "Applied skills" & "Certifications"

Click on Certification tab and download your certificate
