Running "Repair" for both my Outlook App and Microsoft 365 worked for me. All my signatures for my 4 accounts returned: Repair Outlook: Try repairing your Outlook installation by going to Start menu > Settings > Apps > Locate your Office suite > Modify > Repair > Quick Repair.
New Outlook Signatures Gone and Unable to have More than one signature
We have a few users who use the New Outlook and today they started up their computers and now all of their signatures are gone, and they are unable to have more than one signature on New Outlook.
They have the ability to have more than one signature only inside of Classic Outlook and Outlook on the Web Browser. I uninstall, reinstall, repaired New Outlook, a few restarts, edited the Registry mentioned in a few forums and no change.
Seems like the Client for New Outlook is refusing to let the profiles Roam and unable to create more than one signatures, as this right now is not all users but a handful.
We are running on Windows 11 24h2 and New Outlook 1.2025.615.400.
Found these posts from today on Reddit and they seem to be having the same issue.

Looks like MS pushed an update overnight to fix it. But, if a close/restart of New Outlook doesn't update it to a higher version where this is fixed, you can force the update using these steps:
- Close New Outlook
- Start > Run > olk.exe --force-update
*Note: Seems Microsoft keeps flip flopping on using a single "-" or a double "--" for these olk.exe commands. If New Outlook complains it can't do that, try it with a single dash "olk.exe -force-update" (without the quotes) instead.
Good luck out there all!

2025-05-30T01:28:04.13+00:00 Hi there,
You need to check if the Outlook new app was installed from Microsoft Store. If yes, it will have the issue where it only shows single signature and does not allow adding multiple signatures.
For me this issue happened with Outlook new client version: 20250523006.10 which was installed from Store.
Here are the steps I used to resolve it:
- Uninstall Outlook new app completely from the PC.
- Open Outlook Classic and turn on the toggle to switch to new Outlook.
- Wait for it to install the new Outlook version. It will install new Outlook with client version: 20250516009.15 which has the option for multiple signatures.
