Power BI can't load tabel data, which is showed preview(Power Query)

I am trying to retrieve data where the part codes in the parts master match the part codes specified arbitrarily by the user. However, although the data is correctly output in the preview, the expected data is not present in the table.

I have taken the following measures, but the issue remains unresolved:

• Cleared the cache
• Matched the data types of the columns in the parts master
• Removed filters from the sheet

In the parameter management, the following settings are selected:

• Text type, list of values

Process details:
First, I obtain a list of values specified by the parameter, and then I loop through this list to filter the data by matching the values in the same column of the original table.
