AWS integrated with Office365 via CASB feature. Is it the communication between AWS and O365 encrypted? If so do we have article to support it, please help.

You can set conditional access policies that force data stored in and downloaded from the cloud to be protected with encryption, as stated here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cloud-app-security/what-is-cloud-app-security
I've reached out to someone from the product team though to confirm whether the communication is automatically encrypted as I also had trouble assessing that from the documentation.

The product team confirmed with me that the communications for connected apps are all encrypted. It's not mentioned in the docs, but they will add it and have created a tracking item to do so.
