We are have noticed with Edge Version 136.0.3240.92 (Official build) (64-bit) that the Security Settings page is showing a blank page.

I have reset, deleted Edge related folders and reinstalled Edge all with the same result.

If I open Dev tools I see this error:

lib_react.chunk.js:19   Error: Assertion failed: Could not find value for httpsUpgradesToggleLabel     at assert (edge://resources/js/assert.js:4:62)     at LoadTimeData.getValue (edge://resources/js/load_time_data.js:4:302)     at LoadTimeData.getString (edge://resources/js/load_time_data.js:4:412)     at MK.renderAutomaticHttpsManagementIcon (edge://settings/settings.bundle.js:1707:1129846)     at MK.renderAutomaticHttpsRegion (edge://settings/settings.bundle.js:1707:1122876)     at MK.render (edge://settings/settings.bundle.js:1707:1111426)     at Wa (edge://settings/lib_react.chunk.js:19:70032)     at Ha (edge://settings/lib_react.chunk.js:19:69828)     at Tu (edge://settings/lib_react.chunk.js:19:105369)     at Cl (edge://settings/lib_react.chunk.js:19:96851)     at kl (edge://settings/lib_react.chunk.js:19:96776)     at ml (edge://settings/lib_react.chunk.js:19:93809)     at edge://settings/lib_react.chunk.js:19:45510     at t.unstable_runWithPriority (edge://settings/settings.bundle.js:1780:3844)     at Yo (edge://settings/lib_react.chunk.js:19:45219)     at Jo (edge://settings/lib_react.chunk.js:19:45455)     at Zo (edge://settings/lib_react.chunk.js:19:45390)     at j (edge://settings/lib_react.chunk.js:19:114199)     at Xt (edge://settings/lib_react.chunk.js:19:22716)  Source modules:     edge://resources/js/assert.js c55e47fd8e006c908058abf7c6adcbf9fc7fee83dd1b0e421e2ba8ee2d2eed2e     edge://resources/js/load_time_data.js 0f0977153429ca039ccefafdb674b5a5409492e32f5b7a29e10341d8b6ce7e65     edge://settings/settings.bundle.js bd0f59173630f63926650ee609078554eea61b2e259042a918d08dd143014050     edge://settings/lib_react.chunk.js e44d4d32aa86c9b0a19d1be9f60ee061df31b44425f23cc04ff38c91b0cedd49 uu	@	lib_react.chunk.js:19

The clue lies in this error:

Error: Assertion failed: Could not find value for httpsUpgradesToggleLabel

In my opinion, something has changed in the layout of Edge and it's affected by Group/Intune polices not being updated.

Any work arounds or tips?

Thanks

You probably have the “Configure Automatic HTTPS” policy configured in your environment. Set this to "not configured" and the security settings page should be back. Our developers are working on this and a fix is scheduled to be released with Edge 139.
