What does [[[Create Key]]] and [[[Delete Key]]] mean in Group Policy analyzer

Sorry it took years for me to stumble across this question.

What those triple-bracketed items mean is that when the policy is applied, it performs that action, such as creating a key (but not necessarily putting any values into it), deleting a value if it is present, or deleting all the values in a key (often right before creating a set of registry values representing list values).

Policy Analyzer lets you treat a set of GPOs as a single unit thus making it easier to determine whether particular settings are duplicated across the GPOs or are set to conflict values. usually, it has policy group, type, settings, local registry, etc, but what you have indicated is new in Column & row. Can you add the image for clarification which would be helpful for the community to find it out.
