Where is the Microsoft SQL Server 2022 Express License Terms for Redistribution and Hosting?
For SQL Server 2005 Express through SQL Server 2014 Express, the page is here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/download/details.aspx?id=29693
However, that page does not include SQL Server 2022 Express. Can you point me to the correct page?

The formal licensing guide for SQL is available here. Obviously it focuses on Standard/Enterprise for discussions around hosting since Express is free but the early parts of the licensing guide include the details on Express.
Since it is free the only redistributable mentions are on the download page. The pricing page also mentions the model and option for downloading.
