Forms of payment for Bing Ads in Pakistan

Hi Bing Ads Team....

Before creating an account on Bing Ads I want to ask that how can I pay for Bing Ads from Pakistan? For Pakistani users which forms of payments are available? Can I use my Payoneer master card? I've searched a lot but still confused about it please assists me.
