Additional features, tools, or issues not covered by specific Microsoft Advertising categories
Hello Ram palakurthi,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Advertising Community Forum! My name is Marvin, and I will be assisting you with this query.
I understand the urgency of your request to revert the changes made in the last 24 hours, particularly those resulting from importing new campaigns from your Google Ads account.
Any changes you wish to revert, as long as they are permissible, can be done on the Change History page. Using the change history, you can review every action taken on your campaigns over the past six months and compare these actions to key performance metrics, such as clicks or impressions. If you identify a change made within the last 30 days that you regret and it meets the eligibility criteria, you can undo it.
Eligible changes to campaigns, ad groups, ads, and keywords will have an arrow button in the Undo column. Only changes made within the last 30 days can be undone. If a change cannot be undone, the column will be empty or a status saying it can't be undone.
Please note that once an ad group is deleted, it cannot be restored. Please see the image below for your reference.
Note: Please make sure the button for show undo status is on so you can make changes or undo the status of your campaigns.
The changes that can be undone are as follows:
- **Campaigns:**Bidding scheme, Budget amount, Budget type, Conversion goal (added/deleted) Name, Status (Note: Undoing the deletion of a campaign will set your campaign back to its original status—active or paused), Tracking template.
- **Ad groups:**Bid (Search/Content), Bidding scheme, Name, Status, and Tracking template.
- **Ads:**Ad title, Ad text, Display URL, Final URL, and Status.
- **Keywords:**Bid, Bidding scheme, Final URL, Match type, Mobile final URL, Param1, Param2, Param3, and Status.
- **Standard text ads:**Status
- **Expanded Text ads:**Bidding scheme, Description, Final URL, Mobile final URL, Path 1, Path 2, Status, Title part 1, Title part 2, and Tracking template.
- **Dynamic Search Ads:**Description, Path 1, Path 2, Status and Tracking template.
- **Audience Ads:**Business name, Description, Final URL, Landscape Image, Landscape logo, Long headline, Mobile final URL, Short headline, Status, Square image, Square logo, Title, and Tracking template.

If you want to review the errors on your Google Ads Import that cause this sudden change, kindly try these troubleshooting steps:
To troubleshoot errors for Google Ads imports, please follow these steps:
- Review the import summary to see which items failed.
- Download the import error file.
- Open the import error file and review the entries. Determine which entries are applicable for the items under investigation.
- First, focus on resolving any higher-level errors (e.g. campaign errors). Then, look at lower-level errors (e.g. errors within the ad group for the same campaign which had a campaign error).
