Microsoft Account Credential Issue:
More often than not, the log in issue faced by advertisers is due to an error with their Microsoft Account credentials. You can try resetting this by going to Live.com and clicking Forgot Username. Once you have done this and have verified your username, try logging back into your Bing Ads Account.
Cache and cookies:
Log in issues can be the product of the browser’s data being overloaded or the browser having old usernames/passwords stored which is causing incorrect credentials to be prepopulating when signing in. To alleviate this issue, we suggest that you clear your cache and cookies, close the browser, reopen it, and attempt to log in again.
Non-compatible browser:
If you find that clearing your cache and cookies doesn’t resolve the issue, we suggest trying a different browser. Sometimes, browsers can be out of date and cause issues with logging in.
