Instantly banned for "violation of the Microsoft Advertising Egregious Policy"

We've been advertising on Google for some time for a startup, and there are a few keywords that work really well for us. We wanted to try and expand this to Bing Ads, and saw there was a convenient feature to import your google ads configuration to bing. I may have made a mistake by registering under my personal account as we don't have a Microsoft corporate account setup yet.

I did this about a week ago, and our account was instantly banned. I tried to submit account verification information and appeal, and our ban was upheld.

We aren't advertising anything controversial - is this really the end of the road? We just permanently cannot advertise on Bing? Happy to provide any additional verification docs / statements, but I'm not even able to talk to anyone or email.

The exact same thing happened to me yesterday (although I haven't heard back about the appeal yet). I got the ban email before I got the welcome email.

This is what happens when you let AI moderation run the show. I guess they don't want any money.
