Microsoft ads white screen upon login

I am copy-pasting the exact same message from someone who had the same issue back in may 2022. The issue was resolved the same day. So I am hoping someone will figure it out as fast as last time.

I can log into Microsoft Ads, but when I am directed to a blank screen. To eliminate some possibilities, I tried:

  • logging on using several browsers (Edge, Chrome)
  • I cleared my history, cookies, and cache
  • I tried incognito mode using Chrome
  • I tried from different devices (PC, Chromebook, Android phone)

None of those things worked in getting me into the platform.

    I just posted the same problem occurring on my ipad. Will be calling this account specialist if no one offers a solution. Been chasing this problem for a week so Im not sure how temporary the problem is.

    I understand from your message that you do manage to log into your Microsoft Advertising Account, but when you login you are unable to see your account/campaign details. There is just a blank page visible to you.

What is happening might be a temporary glitch. For finding out more I would need to check your account or ask our team of experts to review the account in detail.
