Gambling Content Advertised on Bing

Hello,

I am an aggregator gambling website providing reviews of different online casinos and bingo and links to them.  I want to advertise my website vie Bing but I am not sure how. Google AdWords has separate gambling application form for operators (online casino) and affiliate gambling websites like ours that still advertise gambling content but since no gambling take place on the site no license is requested. For Bing Ads the gambling content policy is unclear. They say that that we need to apply to participate in the Gambling and Contests Advertising Program, but there we need to upload a license. But we are not operators, we cannot provide gambling license. I see in some countries like UK, similar sites like ours advertise on keywords like "best online casino" so I guess there is a way in some countries but I cannot understand in which countries and which are the steps I should take.

    Hello Priscilla,

    Thank you for taking time to answer.

    I have checked this link more that 10 times but I couldn't find the information that I need it.

    What steps should I take to advertise gambling content? Do I need to apply using the form even If i am an affilaite? What information in the link refers exactly for affilites?

    In the Link the only info I find about Denmark and Spain: Gambling operators must be authorized by the Danish Gambling Authority. and Operator must be licensed as appropriate for betting and specific games with the Ministerio de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas.

    What are the requirements for the affiliates then?

     When creating your campaigns, ad groups & and Ads you may run into some errors for disallowed content there is an option for "Request an Exception" you may submit the reason and it should take about 24 hrs for the resolution. if it's not resolved please contact our support staff via chat or call 1-800-518-5689.

    As from yesterday, you can also promote Betclic in Portugal, as it just got the first portuguese license.
