    I'm sorry to know that your newly created account was suspended right away.  There could be a number of reasons why our system would suspend an account. For security reasons, we are unable to provide exact details on why an account has been suspended, but allow me to provide the most common areas where accounts may be out of compliance with our advertising policies. Please take time to read the important policies below:

    Please note that under the Digital Services Act (DSA), all customers are eligible to appeal their account status up to six months after their account status change.  Customers will receive an email notification indicating the reason for their account status change with an option to appeal.

    If you have received the aforementioned email, please proceed by submitting your appeal.

    During this appeal process, you may be required to complete first this Advertiser Identity Verification (AIV) before you can proceed with the appeal.  To learn more about AIV, I recommend checking these help articles should you be required to do the verification:

    i follow your instructions and now i got my account suspended, i got an email saying this: Violation of Egregious Policy. What can i do?

    Let me share below information in case you’d like me to keep going in English language:

    Create a Microsoft Advertising Account:

    • In case you don’t have any account with Microsoft Advertising yet, you need to sign in with an existing Microsoft account email address or create a new one.
    • Provide details about your business to set up your account.
    • You can choose to create an account and campaign or import campaigns from Google Ads or Meta Ads.

    Set Up Your Campaign: Please see more details below

    Provide Business and Payment Information:

    • Enter your legal business name, phone number, business location, and preferred time zone.
    • Select your billing country/region and choose a payment setting and method.
    • Review the Microsoft Advertising Terms and Conditions and agree to them.

    To start your campaign:

    Create a Campaign:
        - From the navigation menu on the left, select "Create."
        - Choose a campaign goal from the list (e.g., Drive conversions, Generate leads, Build brand       awareness, Sell products, or Promote apps) or select "Skip" if you already know which campaign type you want to use.
        - Follow the campaign creation workflow and choose the type of campaign you want to create: Search, Shopping, Premium Streaming, Lodging, Performance Max, or Audience.

             **Set Up Campaign Details**:  
                 - Continue following the campaign creation workflow to select campaign settings, set up ad groups/asset groups,                          create ads and ad extensions (if applicable), and set a budget, bid strategy, and bids.  
                - Once you have completed the campaign creation workflow, select "Save & go live" to enable your new campaign.
    

    Create Ad Groups:

    • Ad groups, comprising tightly related ads, are the core component in organizing your campaign. Ensure you create an ad group for each facet of your campaign goal.

    Confirm Account Settings:

    • Make sure everything else in your account is in working order so your ads will start to display. Ensure you have entered a payment method and check that the status of your campaigns, ad groups, ads, and keywords is "Enabled" and that delivery is listed as "Eligible."
