Bing Microsoft Shopping ads - Store not found

Hello, Good day,

I have multiple campaigns. Recently most of my merchant feed has expired, 2 days ago(August 12) I re-import my Google Merchant feed and it was imported successfully. But the problem is most of my campaigns don't still get website traffics although the stores marked as "Eligible".

And my 2nd problem is, I have other campaigns that marked as "Store not found" even tho the merchant feed is marked as imported successfully/Product approved.

Thank you.

Good day Dian_Term,

I’m sorry to hear you are facing challenges there with your Microsoft Shopping campaigns and product feed,  don’t worry as I’m confident we can resolve this together quite quickly.

I have just sent you a private message to obtain additional information about your account so that we can connect and work together in a resolution. Please check your private messages.

In the meantime I’d like to mention a few bits that can help. Looking firstly at the re-import you’ve just performed – it’s great to hear you’ve managed to set this in motion already, I would have to mention that whenever a new feed or one that’s re uploaded is pushed through it takes on average three days for the URLs and images to be crawled by our system to ensure they meet our guidelines and policies so it would be standard behavior to not see some performance for a short while.

In regards to the campaigns that are not running due to “Store not Found”, this is generally a challenge found when you are importing Campaigns from Google Adwords where you may have missed a setting option for the import that would link the Imported Campaigns to the Microsoft Store.

If you are using Google Adwords Import, to amend this please follow these steps-

·         Please delete the campaigns that have the error “Store Not found”.

·         Sign into your account and click on Import Campaigns at the top of the page.

·         Select either “Import from Google Ads” Or “Import Schedule and History” to edit and existing import.

·         Once you reach the “Import settings” section please scroll down and expand the “Other Options” section.

·         Right at the very bottom is the setting called – “Associate Microsoft Merchant Center Store with imported shopping campaigns and ad extensions”. Please select this and complete the steps to run the import.

This would then link the Campaigns being imported to the Microsoft Store allowing you to run your products Ads.

I hope these steps are of value to you and I look forward to your DM reply so we can take a closer look.

    Hi Dian,

Not sure about the second part, but for the first one, did you check that the campaigns were not automatically paused after the feed expired? You might have to manually reactivate them.

    Hope that can help!

    Best,
