    Hi Nazmul islam2

Thank you for using our Microsoft Advertising Community Forum! My name is John, and I will be assisting you with this query.

Signing up with Microsoft Advertising is free and you can do it at any time by visiting Microsoft Advertising sign up. All you need is an existing email address, or you can create a new email address (a Microsoft account), along with a few details about your business to get your account up and running.

Create a Microsoft Advertising account and campaign

Typically, if you will create an account, you should have a working website URL as this is a required information once you create an ad copy.

It's great that you already have one prior signing up for an account.

With this query being raised I would also suggest taking advantage of this ongoing free consultation that we have so that you can talk with our advertising coaches, and they will assist you in creating an account. You may check out this resource link and schedule an appointment. Free consultation - Microsoft Advertising

I hope the information provided here will at least partly answer your question. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team Market selector for support | Microsoft Advertising.
