How do I contact the Microsoft legal department?

I see that this same question has been asked before, but the question was closed before it was ever answered.

Ideally , i'm just looking for an email address so i can send them something that i think they will be interested in. I'm a Microsoft alumni (retired 2003) and it concerns me that a large company i'm currently associated with is doing something which i believe is highly illegal to hurt Microsoft's business.

Sorry , but none of the choices in the list below made sense for my topic so i picked microsoft advertising. It is not really a microsoft advertising issue though

    Half way through the agreement there is an address of the legal team that might be of help:

We will notify you of changes to the Microsoft Advertising Agreement or Microsoft Advertising Policies by posting the change to the terms on the Microsoft Advertising Site.
