RECUPERACIÓN DE UNA CUENTA

Saludos!

Necesito recuperar una cuenta alterna a esta, la cual no uso hace más de 4 o 5 años, pero la cual aún utilizo para ingresar a mi cuenta de Facebook. El problema es que, cuando me dicen que enliste los correos electrónicos y asuntos ESPECÍFICOS de los mismos, con los que fueron enviados, ya no lo recuerdo, ya que no sé exactamente hace cuantos años la dejé de usar, mucho menos los nombres de los correos que envié, ni a qué personas. Por esa razón me han denegado en dos ocasiones poder recuperar mi cuenta, aunque datos como repuesta a la pregunta de seguridad, nombres y demás datos personales si los recuerdo. Aún así no me la pueden devolver.

¿Cómo me pueden ayudar o cómo puedo ponerme en contacto con un agente real?

I'm trying to recover my personal account "brand707-@Karima ben .com", which I use for log in my facebook account. Nowadays I have a new account but I need that too.

Yes, I try the steps, but the information isn´t enough for Microsoft and they recommend me try again. But the problem is that, I don´t remember the questions like emails and names of these amails, that I sent to people on that time. Because that happened ong time ago, about 4 or 5 years and I don't live at the same place, and my old laptop don´t exist anymore. I don`t know what more i can do.
