What button combination must be pressed to get a Surface Laptop 2 to PXE boot and/or boot into BIOS?
Please note this is a surface laptop I'm asking about. The volume up/down and power combination isn't an option, it's the laptop.

You need the following:
Neither of those are helpful. The first one refers to a surface pro not a surface laptop. There are now volume buttons to press. This is the laptop, not the pro.
The second refers to the dongle used. I'm using the Microsoft branded one and/or the Microsoft dock.
This helps a bit. I can get to BIOS. Now how can I PXE boot? I've got the Microsoft branded USB to Ethernet adapter and a Microsoft docking station for the surface but I can't seem to find the correct key to press to PXE boot. F2, F8, F10, F12 none work. Ensured the Fn key is lit up also tried with external keyboard but still nothing.
