Planning migration from file shares to SharePoint 365 via Migration Manager.

Does MM sync files from file server to SP or is it a one-time copy?

If it's a one-time copy, and I'm not ready to pull the trigger by the time it's finished, if I run the same Task again, does it copy new and modified files, and delete files in SP that have been deleted on the file server since the previous run? (similar to ROBOCOPY /MIR)

    @JRV
    Migration manager is not a one-time copy to migrate files from file share to SharePoint Online.

    If you re-run the same task, it will migrate new and modified files to SharePoint Online. But it will not delete files in SharePoint Online that have been deleted on the file share.
