About two weeks ago my Surface Pro 3 began to intermittently go to the configuration screen and the only way to get out of it is to click "yes" on exiting and saving changes (no changes made by me) and then it will reboot. Any help is appreciated!

If a two button reset does not fix this (see below) - see https://www.microsoft.com/surface/en-us/support/warranty-service-and-recovery/surface-wont-turn-on-windows-wont-start?os=windows-10&=undefined - the section Firmware interface (UEFI) configuration screen.

    two button reset:

Step 1: Press and hold the power button on your Surface for 30 seconds to confirm it is turned off.

Step 2: After Surface turns off, press and hold volume-up button and the power button on your Surface at the same time for at least 15 seconds, and then release both.

The screen may flash the Surface logo, but continue holding the buttons down for at least 15 seconds.

Step 3: After you release the buttons, wait 10 seconds.

Step 4: Press and release the power button again to turn your Surface back on.
