Slide to Shutdown

Until today, when I short press the power button on my Surface Pro 4, the screen would simply turn off (go to Sleep mode, presumably). But somehow, after I restarted it today, when I short press the power button, it gives me the "Slide to shut down your PC" half screen display. I set my pc to never go to sleep mode unless I press the power button and now it won't let me have that option since I'm now left with (a) full shutdown and (b) adjust the power settings to let the pc go to sleep after X minutes (which I do not like because it turns itself off while I'm playing Spotify).

Any help on how I could revert the settings back to what I had before would be great.

    Thanks for the suggestion, Steve.

Power button's behaving as it should again. Here's what I did:

    1. Create a control panel shortcut that allows it to be run as administrator

    (from: http://www.intowindows.com/how-to-run-control-panel-as-administrator-in-windows/)

    1. Open Troubleshooting\Power and follow the on-screen instruction

    (from: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/forum/surfpro3-surfusingpro/slide-to-shutdown-on-surface-pro-3/ca982294-8c82-47f2-a3ff-79905e19177b?tab=question&status=AllReplies#tabs)

Hope this helps other users with the same issue.
