Move ,Size and Maximize are greyed out.

That means it is Maximized and that explains your symptom.   Use Restore and then you will be able to use Size.  Another possibility if you just want to try Snap window is to press Win-CursorLeft (or Right) but not Up (it's already Maximized) and not Down (unless you want it Minimized.)

Hi,

Allow us to help you in resizing Windows icon on your Surface. Check the steps below:

  1. Resizing text, apps, and other items:

Settings > Display > adjust the slider according to your desired size > click Apply

  1. Resizing the text only:

Right-click on desktop and select Display settings > scroll down and tap or click Advanced display settings > scroll down and tap or click Advanced sizing of text and other items > select the item you want to change in the drop-down list and choose the text size > click Apply

Keep us posted with the result. We'd like to make sure your concern is well attended.

Regards.

I have tried it in Tablet and Desktop. If I hit ALT-Space I get the same options – Restore,Minimize or Close, - Move ,Size and Maximize are greyed out. I would like to put 2 windows on screen.

Which icon?  Are you in Tablet mode?  Perhaps the window is already Maximized.   Does  Alt-Space show an active Size or Move menu item?  Is Restore active?  Etc.

This doesn't help. When I left click on the Icon next to Close, nothing happens. When I right click, only Restore, minimize and close are available, not Move, Size or Maximize.
