Surface Pro PRTSCN (F8) Key does not work... Otherwise know as the PRINT SCREEN Key..

I have a Surface Pro 6 which I bought in January 2019. My PrtScn (F8) does not work. I found a work around by pressing the Fn key, Windows key, and space bar at the same time. When the screen blinks you know you created the screen capture. But this is just not right to have to go thru that process when the keyboard keys are meant to work properly without a work around. Please help me by providing a fix that will correct this problem. Thank you..

    Hello DonaldBarnhart05,

Thank you for reaching out Surface Community. The PrtScn Key is designed for copy and paste the "screenshot"  in a specific document like Word, OneNote, etc... But if you'd like to save the PrtScn as a File you should use the combination Fn Key + Windows Key + Space Bar or Windows Key + PrtScn. The file will be save to This PC > Pictures > Screenshots.

    Best Regards,

Surface Pro 6 - Windows 10.  I have exact same problem Press F8 key by itself and nothing is put on the clipboard, or whatever you call the memory space.   Try to paste into Word and get the last thing that was copied long ago from some other application, like Ctrl-C.
