Probably Acronis doesn't have drivers for the sq3 processor. You might want to check with their tech support and tell them you have an ARM based Surface with a SQ3 processor and see if their software is compatible,

Hi there ,I don't no if made mistake buying this, I just tried to set it up, some software like acronis image, won't install on it, now everything was back up from my old surface, I nothing will install, can someone help with this if possible, or might be going back straight away
