Hello - I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 5 and have two Power Supplies. One unit is a model 1963 (39w) and the other is a Model 1625 (can’t see the watts too good, looks like 41w). Can you advise on which power supply is the correct one? Or, can you use both? Thank you - Chuck

    Hi Charles,

You will want to be looking at Surface power supplies and charging requirements - Microsoft Support. The Surface Pro 5 was designed for 39W and is what the 1963 power supply provides to charge the device. The 1625 power supply provides 31W to the device and is slightly less than what is recommended to use. You are best off using the 1963 model.

    Hope this helps,

    Greg
