Microsoft's authorized resellers in Vietnam?

Hello,

I'm from Vietnam. I'm currently planning on purchasing a Surface laptop 7. However, Microsoft doesn't have any official store in Vietnam and it's really challenging to identify a legitimate authorized reseller here or anything to make sure service quality and warranty after buying.

Is there any authorized reseller of Microsoft in Vietnam or any sign/logo to prove that they are legitimate?

    Yes, Microsoft does not currently sell Surface products in Vietnam. So I don't think there is any store in Vietnam that is authorized by Microsoft to sell Surface.

    So buying a Surface Laptop 7 is a challenge. If you really want to have it, then I might recommend you visit some global e-commerce sales platform to try your luck, such as Amazon. But I need to kindly remind you that the quality of service and warranty may not be guaranteed, because this is a third party e-commerce platform.

    But I need to tell you a very important piece of information:

    Warranty service may be available only in the country where you purchased the Surface device. If warranty service is unavailable to you in the country where the device is located when warranty service is requested, Microsoft may offer you other support options for an additional charge.

    Protection Plan coverage is valid only in the country of purchase.

    In other words, warranty service will not be provided in Vietnam, if there is really a product quality problem or need to guarantee the situation, then please give priority to contact the seller.

    This may be the only way you can buy a Surface product in Vietnam, but make sure to check with the seller first to see if they have warranty obligations for this product.
