Where can i download the camera driver

I have a surface 3 laptop. OS is windows 10 2004. When i open the camera app it says that no camera is attached. I go into device manager to uninstall the front and rear camera. After i restarted the computer and run the update, i am not able to reinstall the camera driver. 

I updated the latest firmware driver by clicking on the link below, but after i install i am still unable to install the camera driver.

    All set. Camera driver installed itself after i ran another update and restarted the device
