Do you have a OneDrive subscription? Basically the device is trying to back up your files also in OneDrive which may be already full. You may sign out OneDrive by selecting the OneDrive icon (cloud icon) on your Taskbar then select Help & Settings. Click on Settings then go to the Account tab and select Unlink this PC.
