Surface 3 Tablet Update Issue!

Hi, guys. I'm having an issue with my Surface 3 tablet.

For some reason, since I tested out the new Windows 11, then went back to 20H1 Enterprise, it now seems to think that my copy of Windows 10 isn't activated.

It's definitely activated, as I got it back in 2015 and it has an OEM. It was definitely activated prior to testing Win 11 out.

Please help, is there anyway I can find my product or license key? I don't have the activation email as I no longer have that account.

You can download the recovery image for the version of Windows that originally came on this device from Go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/surfacerecoveryimage   - this should activate fine. If you have a valid license for Enterprise, you can upgrade after reimaging (but we cannot help you find the license key for Enterprise).
