Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 or AX201 is not starting on Surface

Hi - My wifi option disappeared on my Surface this morning. I follow this help page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/wi-fi-settings-are-missing-in-surface-7083cc46-be13-9dff-0af5-43904115a0f9#:~:text=Make%20sure%20Airplane%20mode%20is,network%2C%20and%20then%20select%20Connect.

I went through all of the solutions, and discovered that Verify that Wi-Fi is no longer available in Device Manager. In Device Manager, I can see "Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 or AX201" under Network adapters, but there is yellow triangle symbol with an exclamation point beside this adapters. I tried to Disable, then Enable and Restart and it still does not work. When I open the properties the Device Status reads, "This device cannot start. (Code 10)".

When I try to update the driver, the message says, "The best drivers for your device are already installed." When I try to search drivers in "Windows Update" I get a message that says, "We couldn't check for updated, because you aren't connected to the Internet."

Any suggestions?

Try booting to the UEFI and toggling WiFi and Bluetooth off. Wait 30 seconds, then toggle on again, restart. Any change?

    Try this:

    1. Select Start  > Settings  > Update & security  > Recovery.
    2. Under Advanced startup, select Restart Now.
    3. Under Choose an option, select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > UEFI Firmware Settings, and then select Restart.

I have the exact same issue, and I’ve done everything that you stated above but it’s still not working.

I can't get the UEFI menu to appear. I've tried from my computer off and from on.
