Firstly, regarding your question about Microsoft 365 Access, the Surface Go 3 is compatible with Microsoft 365, which includes Access. You can download and install Microsoft 365 on your Surface Go 3, and then use Access to create and manage your database.

Secondly, Windows Speech Recognition is also available on the Surface Go 3. You can use this feature to dictate text, open apps, and perform other tasks using your voice. To use Windows Speech Recognition, you'll need to set it up first. You can do this by going to Settings > Ease of Access > Speech, and then following the on-screen instructions.

Lastly, regarding with the keyboard, do you mean the touch keyboard? Yes, touch keyboard is also available on the Surface Go 3 in which you can use it to type on the device if you do not have the physical keyboard. Another option, is if you would like to also get the Surface Go Type Cover for the Surface Go 3 which is a detachable keyboard that you can use with the Surace Go 3: Surface Go Type Cover – Microsoft Surface
