    Hi Than Htoo Aung,

    Yes, you can charge all Surface devices that are equipped with a USB-C port with that port and a USB-C PD charger and cable. More info at USB-C and Fast Charging for Surface - Microsoft Support

    For a Surface Laptop 4 you will want to use a USB-C PD charger that is 60W for best results.
